Internal Forms+Surfaces employees needed a place to manage, view, and edit project details. I provided a clean, responsive interface where they could easily access all of the data they needed with ease.

I led the development of a new user interface for the F+S “Customer Hub” which improved communication and reduced cognitive load for our users.

The F+S team already had functional workflows in place for the internal “Customer Hub.” However, the interface featured confusing visuals, lacked hierarchy, and did not have clear CTAs. My role in the project was to implement UI best practices to ensure the interface guided users to the correct information and build a visual design language that matched existing digital assets.
